For those that don't know, Hard Candy is a drug store brand. So far the only store I have seen this brand at is Wal-Mart.My review: I love this mascara. My reaction to this mascara was like "WOW". As I have stated before, I have short lashes and it point down. After curling my lashes, I applied this mascara and boy did I see a big different. I notice the length and the volume it gave me. To point out, I only applied one coat to notice the different. All I have to said is that this will truly be one of my top favorite mascara from. Plus I also love the design on the tube. Gorgeous!
